Why access is restricted
Temporal graph analysis can support beneficial reconstruction across education, health, administration, trade, defence, science and personal provenance. The same capabilities can also be misused for surveillance, coercive classification, permanent stigma, opaque risk systems or institutional appropriation of authored records.

Errors should be amended through visible provenance rather than silent rewriting.

Multidimensional provenance must not collapse into one measure of human worth, reliability or risk.
